This class will teach you the ins and outs of amari. You'll begin with an amari tasting where you'll learn the differences and uses for three different spirits. You'll take your knowledge of amari and apply it to creating a classic Italian cocktail, with the guidance of Via Sophia by the Sea's Bar Manager.
