Oregon Truffle Festival and Visit Corvallis are excited to offer one more fun to the Oregon Truffle Festival Homecoming! Join us for the Heart of the Valley Culinary Crawl! You will be treated to a fun day exploring Corvallis' culinary scene! Corvallis is blessed with tons of local producers who provide chefs and residents with fresh, wonderful ingredients all year long. During this tour, you'll meet several local producers and enjoy a meal prepared by a local chef. Heart of the Valley Culinary Crawl guests will receive VIP goodies. The Heart of the Valley Culinary Crawl starts at 9:30 am. On this tour, you can leave the driving to us. We will meet in front of the CH2M HILL Alumni Center (725 SW 26th St, Corvallis, OR) at 9:30 am, where you'll be picked up by Best Oregon Tours. Be sure to dress for the weather and to do some light walking, as you'll be outside for part of the day. The day's first stop will be the Corvallis Indoor Winter Market, where you'll receive your first VIP goodie bag and have an opportunity to shop at local producers' booths from around the Heart of the Valley. At your second stop, First Alternative Natural Foods Co-op, you'll be treated to truffle-infused tastings. You'll receive more goodies and an opportunity to shop for local products. Then you will go to Gathering Together Farm, where you'll tour their certified organic farm and enjoy an amazing lunch their chef will prepare. Finish the day savoring a locally produced Willamette Valley wine at a family-owned tasting room, your final stop. You will return to the CH2M HILL Alumni Center by 4:30 pm.
