Cheese 101Join us and venture beyond Brie and Cheddar. Did you know that nearly all cheese fits into one of 7 categories? Well, join us for Cheese 101, where we will sample through an example in each category. Learn how to identify each category by appearance and taste. We will also touch on pairing, serving and storing cheese. We'll provide a sample of each cheese, crackers along with 1 glass of wine or a bottle of water. If you'd like more or different wine, please visit our friends next door at Bernie's Wine Stop and grab a bottle of your favorite wine. We'll provide the glasses.
