There's no magic involved and you don't need a whole kitchen full of canning supplies. In fact, in the world of food preservation, jam and jelly making is one of the easiest things to do. Most people enjoy them and they are quite expensive to buy. They make nice gifts and no pantry is well-stocked without a variety of jars of both sweet and savory. Wear your working clothes because we are going to be creating delicious jams and jellies. This is a hands-on workshop where you will learn how to prepare herbs, flowers, vegetables and berries that you grow (or buy) and turn them into scrumptious, to-die-for jams and jellies! Participants will leave with a list of supplies needed, delicious recipes and a jar of jelly. I'm excited to invite you into my kitchen!
