In this beginner juggling class, participants will learn the basic "three ball cascade" juggling pattern. The course will be taught through in-person demonstration and hands-on play. In addition to learning the cascade juggling pattern, participants will learn the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional benefits of juggling. Juggling is an enjoyable activity for people of all ages and provides an opportunity for consistent growth.   Professor(s) or Facilitator(s): Lindsey Schell Hi! I learned how to juggle at circus camp when I was 11 years old. I am able to do the three ball cascade (the simplest juggling pattern) with balls and clubs. Juggling is a fun, inexpensive activity with limitless opportunities for growth. Yahoo! Session Type: Class Restrictions or Requirements:  You should be able to throw a ball in the air with one hand, then catch it with the other hand.Materials or Prep:  Each participant will need three balls. All balls must be similar in size and weight.Accessibility: The White River Valley School is ADA accessible. Accessible parking is located outside the Middle School and Elementary entrances.
