In this beginner juggling class, participants will learn the basic "three ball cascade" juggling pattern. The course will be taught through in-person demonstration and hands-on play. In addition to learning the cascade juggling pattern, participants will learn the physical, cognitive, social, and emotional benefits of juggling. Juggling is an enjoyable activity for people of all ages and provides an opportunity for consistent growth.

Hi! I learned how to juggle at circus camp when I was 11 years old. I am able to do the three ball cascade (the simplest juggling pattern) with balls and clubs. Juggling is a fun, inexpensive activity with limitless opportunities for growth. Yahoo!
