THE PIZZA LOVER CLASS Who doesn't love pizza? Chef Andrea will teach you how to make his pizza dough following a few easy steps that will make you feel like a pizza master! This dough will be used to make PIZZETTE, CALZONE and TORTA RUSTICA, the double crusted stuffed pizza. The evening will culminate with making CAPONATA, an authentic Sicilian appetizer made with sautéed vegetables.
