Relax as Jere leads you in meditation, chanting, and then creates a GONG VORTEX to envelop your body, mind, and spirit in healing and energizing vibrations. Take your own personal journey to a deep level of inner peace, rejuvenation, and re-energization. Raise your awareness of your Authentic Self, balance your energies, and flow into alignment with Universal Truth. Doors open at 6:00. Please arrive before 6:30 to visit with friends (some old, some new) and get settled. The program will begin promptly at 6:30. WEAR: Dress in layers and wear loose, comfortable clothing. As a courtesy to others, please refrain from wearing perfume, cologne, scented body lotion, or other body fragrances. BRING: A yoga mat or pad, blankets, pillows or cushion, and eye pillow or eye mask, as you will be sitting and lying on the floor. (Chairs are also available for sitting if you are unable to sit and lie on the floor.)
