Join Metazoa Brewing Co. and Every Dog Counts Rescue as we cheer on this year's Puppy Bowl contestants in our taproom. $5/table, 21+ only. Come watch the Puppy Bowl with us on Sunday, Feb. 7 at Metazoa Brewing Company. We’ll have drink specials, Old Gold BBQ on-site, and a meet-and-greet with adoptable doggos from Every Dog Counts Rescue (EDCR). You’ll have so much fun you’ll want to stay and watch the big game with us! Must be 21 or older to attend. 5% of pint sales from this event will to go EDCR. To accommodate for social distancing and limited capacity, this is a pre-sale and reserved seating event. Only indoor table dining will be available for this event. This is a ticketed, 21+ only event. Masks must be worn at all times unless you are sitting at your reserved table enjoying a Metazoa beer or eating food. Tickets are $5/table and are required to attend this event. Only one member of your group needs to purchase a table. Please note that there is a maximum of 6 guests per table at this time. ABOUT EVERY DOG COUNTS RESCUE Every Dog Counts Rescue is a non-profit (501c3), all-volunteer dog rescue, founded to save the lives of homeless dogs in the Midwest. Their focus is on dogs with special medical needs - the injured, sick, orphaned, or elderly - who often will not make it out of shelters without rescue assistance. If they are still able to enjoy life, EDCR believes they deserve that chance. ABOUT PUPPY BOWL Ready, Set, Pup! Television’s fuzziest sports competition and original adoption extravaganza is back and celebrating its 17th year, the biggest to date, as the world’s cutest sporting event returns to Discovery/Animal Planet for PUPPY BOWL XVII on Sunday, February 7 at 2PM ET. In years past, 100% of the puppies and kittens that have participated in PUPPY BOWL have been adopted to loving families. Animal Planet continues this tradition this year with a new set of adorable animals that are ready to tumble and fumble into their new homes across the nation. Tune in for this special three-hour event to experience all the fuzzy puppy faces from #TeamRuff and #TeamFluff. While we will be sure to keep score of touchdowns and puppy penalties, these pups playing the game are sure to go big and go home - with their new loving forever adoptive families! EVENT SCHEDULE1:00 PM - DOORS OPEN / PRE-GAME BEGINS Come early to grab a pint, check-in, and find your reserved table. 1:45 PM - RESERVED TABLE CHECK-IN DEADLINE All ticket holders must be on-site and checked in BEFORE 1:45 PM or you will risk having your table forfeited to other guests. One member from your group will need to check-in your team at the host check-in table. 2:00 PM - PUPPY BOWL BEGINS Metazoa Brewing Co. will be screening the show on the TVs in the taproom. All tables have a max of (6) available seats. All guests must remain seated at a table unless they are waiting in line to order or waiting to use the restroom. Right now, Metazoa is open at a limited capacity for both draft service and to-go beer.
