A Sound Bath is an immersive, full-body listening experience that uses sound to invite a peaceful and mindful state of being. As a Reiki Master I play a veriaety of instruments with the intentions of creating frequencies & vibrations that will best serve all of your being. Join me in this healing experience to reset, retune and revitalize. Cacao will be introduced at the begining of the event to open the heart chakra by Rocio, a woman who is creating the Cacao based off of her Guatemalan teachings The Floral Essence will be anointed by Rocio & Angela (well seasoned guardians of space) to all participants welcoming the energy of the flower and everything it has to offer. This will be a unique form of energy work channeled through the bloom and it’s ever giving energy with the season of Spring Come as you are but ideally comfortably dressed. Bring blankets/pillows/yoga mat/water so that you are able to make yourself as comfortable as possible for this hour long bath. In case you decide to attend last minute, that perfectly okay, we will have yoga mats/blankets/pillows here at the space for you to you as well.
