Join Compression & Breaths for free Community Hands-Only CPR Training! Compression & Breaths is partnering with local Registered Nurses to raise awareness of Cardiac Arrest and teach the lifesaving skills of Hands-Only CPR. This event does not result in CPR certification from American Heart Association but is intended to be an introduction to CPR as we involve the community and increase by-stander response to Sudden Cardiac Arrest. We will have several CPR stations on site where a Nurse/CPR Instructor will provide guidance on proper chest compressions and encourage attendee participation. This event is set up as “Speed Training” as 2-3 minutes of your time and learning Hands-Only CPR could increase a victims chances of surviving a Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
