Coach Bobbi, a registered yoga instructor, will introduce five various yoga styles throughout the day. Participants may attend all or select sessions.

SCHEDULE
8:30am - 9:15am: Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a slow-moving practice filled with passive holds requiring very little muscular engagement in which poses are held 2+ minutes. Poses are usually seated, and props are used to support the body.
Best for All Levels
9:30am - 10:15am: Vinyasa Yoga
Vinyasa Yoga is a fast-flowing practice with the breath linked with the movement. This type of practice is great for yogis familiar with pose shapes.
Best for Beginner/Intermediate Levels
10:30am - 11:15am: Hatha Yoga
Hatha Yoga is generally a mix of slow flows linked with the breath, but includes holding poses for a short bit. This type of practice is great for all levels, to include first-timers and long-time yogis.
Best for All Levels
11:30am - 12:15pm: Power Yoga
Power Yoga is another fast-flowing type of yoga practice with added emphasis on increasing strength. This type of yoga is great for seasoned yogis seeking to increase muscular strength.
Best for Intermediate/Advanced Levels
12:30pm - 1:15pm: Restorative Yoga
Restorative Yoga is the most restful and relaxing form of asana yoga. Lot of props may be used.
