DescriptionPerfect your roux-making techniques so you can add these traditional and delicious soups to your repertoire. You'll work with a small team in our kitchen to produce three flavorful meals-in-a-bowl and a hearty salad to enjoy at home.
For ages18 & up. 21 or older? You'll enjoy a glass of wine to complement your gumbos and bisque.
You will take 8 ounces of each dish with you at the end of class.
