This yoga series will feature our Zen Out herbal tincture with your choice of herbal tea to help relax your mind and body (tincture is optional). There will be two yoga sessions to choose from: Vinyasa Yoga (Instructor: Namaste Nay) 1:00 pm - 2:30 pm – Using movement and breath to flow in a coordinated position; this can be slow or fast. Deep Stretch (Instructor: Renette Renée) 3:30 pm - 4:30 pm – This yoga is for those who are athletic or need an excellent deep muscle stretch. Each yoga session will be candlelit, provided by Max Candle Co. We will also have a $5 raffle for a custom herbal box. The winner will be announced on Instagram.
