The soufflé certainly has the reputation of being difficult and can scare some away, however, with proper techniques and great ingredients, it is really achievable. We will first make a traditional cheese soufflé using Comte cheese from the Jura region. Then we will make a lemon soufflé with a twist by making a crème anglaise to pour inside the soufflé. This makes for the perfect dessert!

-This is a hands on class so be ready to get messy.
