This class includes:
● The history of Reiki and the nature of energy healing.
● Reiki Level I & II attunements.
● Use of intuition with Reiki.
● Practice for yourself and others.
● Reiki grounding and clearing techniques.
● Reiki hand positions for a complete Reiki healing session.
● Reiki II symbols and how to use them.
● Using distant Reiki.
● Using Reiki to heal unwanted habits and empower goals.
Students receive a detailed manual and audio downloads for home use. Students receive Reiki training through lecture and discussion, Reiki I and II attunements and hands-on practice. At the end of the weekend, students will be certified Reiki II Practitioners, will be qualified to use Reiki healing on themselves and others, send distant Reiki and focus Reiki energy into other areas of their lives such as physical spaces, goals and creativity/problem solving.

8:30-9:00 a.m.: Registration
9:00-10:00 a.m.: Reiki history/theory
10:00-10:15 a.m.: Break
10:15-11:00: Reiki I Initiation
11:00-12:00: Reiki hand positions & self-healing practice
12:00-1:00 p.m.: Lunch (students are encouraged to bring a sack lunch)
1:00-2:00 p.m.: Reiki & Imagery
2:00-2:15 p.m.: Break
2:15-3:30 p.m.: Healing others/Practice

3:45-4:30 p.m.: Reiki & Imagery
