Asheville's two premier food trucks, Root Down and Bun Intended, are teaming up to cook a dual 5-course Mardi-Gras inspired dinner! Our two head chefs, Dano Halcomb of Root Down and Erica Glaubitze of Bun Intended, are New Orleans cuisine veterans and are ready collaborate for one night only!
Join us on March 8, 2023 for a dinner presented by both Root Down and Bun Intended for a total of 5 courses...each! That's 10 total plates per person!
Salvage Station will be hosting the event in their seated indoor space and drinks will be served from the bar! Not to mention a DJ spinning NOLA classics! Y'all are not going to want to miss this amazing night! We hope you can join us!
