YUNG Citizen’s upcoming project, titled The Morning Pages, is packed with honesty and vulnerability recoiled around YUNG’s mental health journey. YUNG’s new project is the inspiration for this event, centered around one of the most important topics in todays time. Head Wraps and Lipsticks very own, Sharelle Burt and Sierra Tribble moderate a discussion revolving around Mental Health with a community panel comprised of creatives, a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor and a Musician. A Charcuterie Board and Mocktails will be served. Doors open at 6:30pm and the Panel Discussion will begin at 7pm. Looking forward to seeing you there!! YUNG Citizen: Born Christopher Williams, YUNG Citizen, is a recording Artist And Masterful Producer Based In Charlotte, North Carolina. Originally From Charlotte, YUNG Made His Mark On The city’s Music Scene By Working With A Variety Of artists Including Deniro Farrar, Jalen Santoy, Neako, Dexter Jordan, Deore, & Tecoby Hines. Sharelle Burt: Sharelle Burt was born and raised in Long Island, New York. She left the LI beaches behind to start her collegiate career at North Carolina A&T State University, receiving her Bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communications. It was there that she discovered her love for writing, having published articles in the New York Daily News and more. Currently, she is a freelance writer, event curator and aspiring cocktail creator.  Sierra T.: Sierra Tribble hails from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. She traded in the philly cheese steaks to get her bachelor’s degree from the illustrious North Carolina A&T State University, majoring in Journalism and Mass Communications. When she isn't behind the mic, the self-proclaimed creative is behind the camera, managing her own photography business, Alex Tribble Photography and being a book influencer on TikTok, Sisi.Be.Reading Shane (WESTCOTT): Westcott is a lifestyle brand that delivers visual thoughts of creativity through art. We strive to give you pieces of us in every release by offering you products rooted in emotion and built to last the test of time. Shayla St. James: Shayla is a STL native and has resided in Charlotte for the past 6 years. She is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor (LCMHC) who provides therapy for children, adolescents, and adults. She believes that worthiness is everyone’s birthright and cultivating safe spaces for healing and connection is her passion. Shayla is also a background vocalist who has had the honor of supporting many artists in the Charlotte area and beyond. She is a lover of all things Black culture, fashion, music, faith, and wellness.
