Are you looking to recharge, recalibrate and learn what horses have to teach us? Join us for an exclusive one-day experiential learning retreat with horses at Fairmont Grand Del Mar’s Equestrian Center. Experience the benefits of equine therapy and find the ability to create genuine connections, discover more about yourself, your intuitive energy, and joy through experiential learning facilitated with miniature horses.  You will get a deeper understanding of emotional intelligence and an authentic connection while discovering a powerful, meaningful and proven approach to significantly decreasing stress, anxiety, depression, and trauma.  The day will consist of a hands-on experience where you will work individually with miniature horses and participate in team building activities.  Licensed and professionally trained experts will give you real time feedback on the horses’ insights and communicate what they are “hearing” from each participant throughout the day.  During lunch time, a true at-the-barn BBQ will be waiting for you. The group will share personal experiences and express how the horses have affected them through their body, mind, and spirit.  After lunch, participants will step back into the arena for a final interactive experience with the horses and will end the day with quiet time of reflection and journaling about your day and the gifts that you will take away with you.  Saturday March 18th Equestrian Center at Fairmont Grand Del Mar 9:30 am to 5:00 pm $990 inclusive of tax and gratuity | Lunch included
