A representative from Uncle Nearest will discuss his story of honor, respect and the evolution of Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey. Menu and Pairing Appetizer Sampler Catfish Nuggets, Fried Green Tomato's, and Deviled Eggs served with Chipotle Mayo Pairing: Uncle Nearest Flight Shrimp and Grits Shrimp, onion peppers and tomato's simmered in PBR brown gravy served over creamy southern grits. Pairing: Smoke and Oak Old Fashioned Uncle Nearest RYE, Hella Bitters Smoked Chili and Chocolate Bitters, Simple Syrup, Creme de Cocoa, FIXINS Special Seasoning, Orange Zest and Luxardo Cherry Chicken and Waffle 24 hours brined and fried until crispy, tender and juicy. Served with syrup and grape jelly butter. Waffle, Large Wing, Powder Sugar, Grape Jelly Butter, Syrup Pairing: Chili Mango Uncle Julip Uncle Nearest 1856, Mango Puree, Lime Juice, Smoked Chili Hella Bitters, Simple Syrup and Mint. Topped with Tajin and a Mint Spring. Oxtails Served with Sweet Brown Gravy Pairing: Nearest Smash Uncle Nearest 1884, St Germaine, Cup of Te Green Tea Syrup, Blueberries, Cranberry Juice and Soda Water Banana Pudding Pairing: Uncle Nearest Rise and Shine Uncle Nearest 1884, LS Cream Liquor, Sweet Cream, Cup of Te Cha Cha Chai Tea and Red Bay coffee infused ice cubes.
