Join us at Ulistac Natural Area (4901 Lick Mill Blvd, Santa Clara) for an in-person nature walk! Experienced volunteers from the Ulistac Natural Area Restoration and Education Project will lead us on a two-hour walk of the park, pointing out native plants, animals and birds along the way, and explaining how this 40-acre space was transformed from a decommissioned golf course into a vibrant natural area.
Please dress comfortably, wear sunscreen and/or a hat, and bring your own water bottle. All ages and abilities are welcome to attend. The walk will be on crushed gravel trails, and the park is wheelchair accessible.
This event is limited to 25 attendees. Please register to attend. If you register and discover you are no longer able to attend, please cancel your registration to notify those on the waitlist that space is available.
Meet at the South Entrance, nearest Hope Drive. Plenty of street parking is available. There are restrooms across the street at Lick Mill Park.
