Yoga at the Trap is every sunday from 7-8pm. Enjoy a calming environment with soft encouraging ballads and guided vinyasa yoga. Small setting and hands on classes that encourages learning so that you can practice through out the week what youve learned and apply the meditation practices to your everyday life.
For first time yogis understand that yoga works with your body. We do not push or force. It is always encouraged to listen to your body, when to rest, when to push, when to stay in a pose. This is ALWAYS a judge free zone. bring your trouble areas and if we have time, poses can be added to our flow. We look forward to joining you on this journey. Namaste.
