Join Health Connections, Inc. in a conversation to provide updated health information, gain a better understanding of African American health needs and challenges, and gather feedback on how to reduce health disparities. This series of health-focused conversations will foster constructive dialogue, collaboration, and empowerment. Please RSVP to this event as lunch will be served. COVID-19 Vaccinations & Flu shots will be available as well. Health Connections, Inc.'s CEO is Ericka Sinclair, MS, MPH created this practice for the equitable delivery of primary care, behavioral health and health-related social services care coordination. Although our goal is to provide services for all of the Greater Milwaukee area, there is a special focus on vulnerable populations that traditionally experience barriers to accessing health care.
