In this workshop, Kate Hailey will share how to create dramatic, remarkable portraits using the following techniques. These techniques are great tools to have for more creative portraits for personal projects, fine art projects, and more! Attendees will have the opportunity to create images during this hands-on workshop. ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR Kate Hailey is Portrait, Lifestyle, and Travel Photographer as well as a Photography Educator currently based in Seattle, WA. Kate’s love of photography started at a very young age, with artistic and musical influences from both her father and mother, she was bound for creative pursuits. As a teenager, her first job was that of a photo assistant for a commercial photographer, where she began to learn the art of lighting. Kate is most passionate about creating images for her clients that tell their stories. Kate also has a deep love of travel. Kate leads workshops, photo walks, and photo tours around the world.
