Description

Students will learn how to create labyrinths, hand-craft Tibetan-inspired malas, make meditation cushions, and create personal mantra cards. They will also receive handouts containing traditional meditation recitations. This class is for anyone who would love to meditate but is perhaps unable to sit for long periods; folks who can't afford store prices for premade meditation items; people who are blessed by their exposure to meditation and want the chance to support their neighbors in finding such blessings for themselves; and those who like chanting as part of their meditation practice.
