Experience a Lost Trail wine and pastry pairing featuring five, two-bite desserts made by Little Blue Pastries. Each will be paired with a 2-ounce pour of the following: The Guide (cabernet savignon), Altitude (chardonnay), Northern Whites (Catawba/Niagara blend), Conquer (concord) and Kienuka (Niagara) that can be tasted before trying the dessert and after to experience how the taste of the dessert complements the wine. Winemaker Chris Rohr will be on hand to discuss wine tasting notes.
