We've teamed up with local food truck Sourthern Soul to celebrate Mardi Gras here in the taproom with a four course beer pairing dinner.
6:30pm will kick off with a full beer and a social.
7:00pm we will begin the first course. Each course is served with a 10oz beer.
Course 1: Chicken & Andouille Gumbo paired with Disintegration
Course 2: Fried Green Tomatoes with Cajun Remoulade paired with IPL
Course 3: Shrimp Creole paired with Delicious Compliance Hazy IPA
Course 4: Bread Pudding with Bourbon Cream Reduction paired with Winter Splinter
Tickets are $55/person. Ticket prices include a reservation fee, dinner/drinks, and gratuity. Tickets sales will end Sunday 2/19 at 10:00am. Tickets are LIMITED! So grab 'em while you can!
