Championships are won in the off-season. Train with Coach Conrad and Coach Polansky. Coach Fred Conrad: “Freddie” wrestled at Brockton HS 76-78. He has served as an Assistant Coach in Stoughton and Southeastern. He continues coaching at Bridgewater Raynham where has shared either assistant or head coaching duties. Fred coached both his sons in high school to State Championships. His son Brandon continued with Rhode Island College where he achieved All American accolades. Along with a state championship his son Aaron also captured All State and New England championships. Aarron received a full scholarship to Boston University. In 2022, Fred coached Dominic Silvia to Sectional, Divisional State and 3rd place All American at High School Nationals. In 2011 Fred took over Brick Road Wrestling Club, a non profit wrestling club that provides athletes a place to develope skills with world class technicians at camps and clinics. More importantly they provide scholarships and low mat fees for hardships and athletes in need. They continue supporting the sport by supplying shoes and gear for athletes. Fred runs several events throughout the year to help him provide for students and the club. These events include golf tournaments, father/daughter dances, movie and game nights. Fred continued to navigated the club through the past 3 difficult pandemic years. Coach Aaron Polansky: Coach Polansky wrestled for Natick High School from 1990-1993. He served as the Director of MA USA Wrestling from 2001-2011 during which time the state of Massachusetts coached USA Wrestling All-American place finishers in each of the ten years Aaron served. Aaron has served as an Assistant Coach with the Springfield College Wrestling Program in the late 1990's during which time he helped coach a NCAA DIII National Finalist, several other NCAA DIII All-Americans, and a team finish of 7th place the DIII NCAA Championships. Aaron has served as the Head Coach of Longmeadow High School, Hudson High School, Bristol County Agricultural High School and currently serves as the coach of the Bridgewater-Raynham Middle School Progam and volunteer coach with the Bridgewater-Raynham High School Program. Aaron was named the Mid-Wachusett League and MetroWest Daily News Coach of the Year in 2008 and 2011 USA Wrestling Magazine Massachusetts Man of the Year.
