These dishes may not be traditional in the Islands, but you'll be captivated by their unique combinations of aromas, textures,  and tastes.  For ages 18 & up. 21 or older? Her restaurants have been recognized as one of the Best New Restaurants of 2020 by GQ; and praised in Eater, and other publications.  Chef Blaque is an Army Veteran; a Graduate of The Culinary Institute of America in San Antonio; a Private Chef for members of the San Antonio Spurs; and a wife and mother. She was born in Jamaica and lived there until she was five years old, so is passionate about introducing people to the flavors of the Caribbean.
