At Epicenter’s Angel Investing Overview Seminar, attendees will get an in-depth look into the world of angel investing from the Angel Resource Institute’s Ross Finlay and esteemed local investors and experts. Ross is a Director of the Angel Capital Association and the Kauffman Foundation’s Angel Resource Institute, as well as a Co-Founder and Director of Atlantic Canada’s largest association for private investors. The session covers the basics of angel investing – portfolio strategy, due diligence, negotiation, and more. You will learn how to build a strong investment portfolio of startups and get plugged into Memphis’ network of investors, entrepreneurs, and resources. To accommodate your schedule, the same session will be held twice: Friday, March 10, from 8:30am-5:00pm Saturday, March 11, from 8:30am-5:00pm.
