Vendors Wanted for Spring Festival / Blessing of the Pets

Gloria Dei Lutheran Church presents our Spring Festival / Blessing of the Pets event on Saturday, May 6 starting at 9AM ending at 3PM. We are inviting you to be a vendor at our event. I have attached a flyer with details of the event. I am still working on the flyer, so any input you have is welcomed. Vendor setup will start at 7AM and positions of vendor placement will be a first come first serve basis. All spaces will be 10 X 10 and you will need to bring all your equipment. Keep in mind this will be an outdoor event. We will happen, rain or shine. We ask each vendor to make a donation to Gloria Dei Lutheran Church in the amount of $25 payable by check, cash or Paypal. Also we are asking each vendor to donate an item for our silent auction with a value of at least $10. If you want to do your own raffles at your stations that would be great. Advertising for this event will be street signs on Chapman, local newspapers, radio, Facebook, Nextdoor, Eventbrite, and through local churches, nonprofits and businesses. Any other suggestions are welcome. We will only have one vendor or a particular company at the event. So get your payment in early to secure the spot.
