Neighborhood businesses greatly contribute to the lifeblood of the communities they serve. In the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic, minority owned small businesses and small businesses in already under-invested neighborhoods were impacted the most, which led to the U.S. Small Business Administration to launch a community strategy to reach these businesses by offering technical assistance. With this forum, BLDG Memphis and several community partners will highlight the immediate needs of small businesses in neighborhoods and connect business owners to available and free local resources that can help reduce the barriers that small businesses face in accessing critical support.
Join us and register in advance to attend. As part of the forum, registrants can submit questions about small business best practices and common business mistakes that the panel can address. And to top off this great event, FREE pizza will be provided!
