Join JBird's Chef Jeremy Grandon to learn how to make Fried Cod, Homemade Fries and Slaw. Guests will learn to make the batter, fry the fish, and hear from Chef J about the nuances to making homemade fires as well as homemade creamy buttermilk slaw dressing for a freshly cut slaw. This is a demonstration and will be approximately 1 hour+. Guests receive full meal of fish, chips and accoutrements during the demonstration and recipes to take home. Space is limited.
