We are Perfect Pours Taproom bringing a new self pour beer & wine experience to Winter Springs. We're partnering with Alex's Fresh Kitchen in Casselberry for a delicious 3 course Valentines Dinner event. You will be able to select from a specially curated menu picked by Alex and his top chefs. Appetizers Pecan Wood Bacon Wrapped Shrimp: Stuffed w/ Pimento Cheese; on top of Roasted Tri-color Potato Smashed Florets; Drizzled w/ Red Wine Demi-Glace. Red Steak & Blue Bruschetta: Sliced Beef Filet Tip on top of Toasted French Baguette w/ Roasted Tomato + Onion Jam; Drizzled w/ Blue Cheese Sauce. The Love Flatbread: Lemon + Lime Sliced Grilled Chicken, Caramelized Pear, Sautéed Mushrooms, Pickled Red Onions, Baby Arugula; Drizzled w/ Honey Gorgonzola. (Vegan Option Available) Entrees Stuffed Salmon: Basted Brown Butter Scottish Salmon Stuffed w/ Spinach Cream Cheese; on top of Sweet Potato Puree and a side of Grilled Asparagus. Steak Caprese: Balsamic Sous Vide Beef Filet, Fresh Buffalo Mozzarella, Basil, Red Tomato; on a bed of Mushroom Risotto. Plantain Gnocchi: Vegan Root Vegetable Dumplings Smothered w/ Sofrito Pesto Sauce and Sazon Airline Chicken. (Vegan Option Available) Desserts Red Velvet Cupcakes: Cherry Cream Icing + Vanilla Sauce Drizzle. Truffle Crumble: Gluten-Free Pink Champagne Cake Balls Coated in White Chocolate. Pa’Lante Cannoli: Strawberry-Coconut Cream Cheese Filling, Roasted Almonds; Drizzled w/ Chocolate Sauce and a side of Mint Jelly.
