Join us in-person for this group mentoring and networking event where we will learn how to be vulnerable and set boundaries to overcome barriers to improve confidence and resilience - and get more of what you want! Attendees will leave this event with the tools and support they need to ask for something they need or want to find personal success. Natalie Isensee, WPS SolutionsNatalie Isensee served as a Marine Corps Logistics Officer, deploying to Kuwait and Iraq in 2003. With a background in project management, people leadership, and IT infrastructure, Natalie is now the Manager of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at WPS Health Solutions. Natalie is active in the Veteran community, holding volunteer roles with Veterans Community Action Network of South-Central Wisconsin (VetsCAN), Team RWB Madison, and the Dane County Veterans Service Commission. In 2022, Natalie was appointed to the Wisconsin Blue Ribbon Commission on Veterans Opportunity and was recognized as the Woman Veteran of the Year by the Wisconsin Department of Veterans Affairs. She has a bachelor’s degree in History and certificate in Servant Leadership from UW-Madison, a master’s degree in Project Management from UW-Platteville, and a certificate in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion from UW-Green Bay. Stephanie McCuchin, Sakom Massage and WellnessStephanie McCutchin is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Certified Yoga Instructor and owner of Sakom Massage and Wellness. After years of working in the corporate world, Stephanie allowed her heart to lead the way and honored her passion to help others. After completing school and earning her Massage Therapy license, Sakom was established in November 2020. Sakom is a practice deeply rooted in the Native American culture. Stephanie is a passionate healer with an alternative approach helping clients find balance in physical, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. Myra McNair, Anesis TherapyMyra McNair sees potential and possibility wherever she looks. As founder and owner, Myra is the visionary behind Anesis Therapy. With a desire to bring more culturally sensitive mental health services to Dane County, she started the clinic in 2016 as the only therapist and has collaboratively transformed it into a practice of over 40 staff members. Building and training the next generation of mental health workers is another one of Myra’s passions. Along with providing a robust clinical internship program at Anesis, Myra is an Adjunct Professor for the Marriage and Family Therapy Program at her alma mater, Edgewood College, and is a consultant and mentor in the UW Infant Mental Health Program from which she also graduated. Myra utilizes a variety of therapy modalities to meet her clients’ needs. While her clinical outlook is largely rooted in psychoanalytic and narrative therapies, Myra also utilizes Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy, Hypnotherapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) and Brainspotting. Renee Moe, President & CEO of United Way of Dane CountyRenee Moe is President & CEO of United Way of Dane County, a leader in the worldwide United Way network and across the nonprofit sector. A military kid who grew up on three continents, Renee has a JBA in Journalism and Mandarin Chinese, and an MBA from UW-Madison. United Way’s mission is to unite the community to create measurable results that change lives, mobilizing the community’s caring power to stabilize and empower families. A committed advocate for change, Renee lives in Madison with husband Jason Salus, their children Nick and Nora and their dog, Pickles. Mary Schmoeger, American Family InsuranceA chemist turned insurance executive; Mary Schmoeger is a model for other women who find they are personally rewarded by taking on new challenges. Mary began her career as an image scientist at Eastman Kodak Company, spending ten years working on motion picture film. After several patents, one of which received a technical Academy Award, Mary and her husband decided that moving closer to family in the Midwest was a priority. Mary followed her husband to Indiana where she taught statistics and math classes at two colleges, and due to her husband’s relocation, landed her next position at Rayovac Corporation in Madison, WI where she was a member of the quality department and accountable for managing the device testing laboratory. A newspaper ad for a role at American Family Insurance intrigued her and soon after interviewing, she accepted an offer to join their team. Mary’s career began there as an individual contributor in their process improvement department, then taking on roles in Human Resources and Personal Lines before being promoted to Vice President of the Education Division. In 2007, Mary graciously accepted the opportunity to join the company’s top leadership team as Executive Vice President and over the span of nine years, she led a variety of divisions including Human Resources, Communications, Business & Workplace Services, Strategic Data & Analytics, Reinsurance, Strategy, Business Excellence, Product Management, and Innovation. Mary’s last role prior to retirement was President of Personal Lines where she led all insurance aspects of the auto, home, and specialty lines of insurance. In retirement, Mary stays active on several boards including two for her city government. She continues to enjoy mentoring others, spending time with her family and new grandson, outdoor activities, and cooking.
