Credit card payments can be made via Eventbrite at time of pre-registration, check payments can be mailed or dropped off at RA MKE, cash payments must be dropped off at RA MKE. In the event a bowler needs to cancel, cancellation is required by 12:00pm March 17, 2023. This tournament is restricted to bowlers who are active employees, active contractors or retirees, of the Rockwell Automation or Allen-Bradley Company.2. This tournament does not have a moral certification from the U.S.B.C and is a recreational and entertainment tournament only.3. You MUST use your highest U.S.B.C. sanctioned average from the 2021-2022 season. (21 games minimum)4. If you had no average last year, use your highest U.S.B.C. sanctioned average from the 2020-2021 season. (21 games minimum)5. If Rule 3 and 4 does not apply, and you are bowling this season (2022-2023). Use your highest U.S.B.C. sanctioned average as of March 1, 2023. (21 games minimum).6. If Rules 3, 4 or 5 do not apply, and you have an established U.S.B.C. sanctioned average from within the last 5 years, list your last highest average. Also indicate the year, Bowling Center and city/state, so average can be verified. (21 games minimum)YEAR BOWLED: _________ BOWLING CENTER: ____________ CITY / STATE: _________7. If Rules 3, 4, 5 or 6 do not apply, and you have bowled in previous Rockwell Automation and Allen-Bradley Company tournaments since 2016, your average will be determined as follows: If you have bowled in 1, 2, 3 or 4 tournaments since 2016, your average for 2023 will be based on the average of games bowled in those previous tournaments. If you have bowled in 5 tournaments, your average will be based on the average of the games from the 4 highest series’ of the last 5. If doubt regarding this ruling prior to participation, contact tournament management for help in determining your tournament average. 8. All bowlers without an established or verifiable average and have not bowled in this tournament since 2016 must use: MEN = 170 WOMEN =1409. The Tournament Director and Tournament Council reserves the right to adjust a bowler’s entering average prior to tournament start date as indicated in U.S.B.C. Rule 319c. Bowlers refusing to accept the average adjustment will be eligible for return of their tournament fee. 10. Penalty for falsely reporting a bowling average may be basis for disqualification from the tournament by the Tournament Director and Tournament Council.11. TOURNAMENT ENTRY FEE is $30.00 (Tournament Expenses, $5.00 Prizes) and MUST be paid when the registration form is submitted. Registrations for this tournament will end at Noon on March 3,2023 . Registrations and entry fee MUST be turned in by this time to guarantee your lane reservation in this tournament. Squad Captains are encouraged to register early to accommodate lane assignments for larger squads. Tournament Management reserves the right to extend registration deadline to fill lanes for the tournament if necessary.12 A registered and paid bowler that is unable to bowl for any reason, may assign their position to another bowler that qualifies per Rule #1, by contacting the Tournament Director prior to the start of the tournament. A registration form for the replacement bowler must be submitted to the Director before bowling.13 No refunds will be returned to registered and paid bowlers. Bowler are responsible for finding a replacement if they cannot bowl. They should contact the Recreation Dept with their replacement in this instance to report bowlers name and average.14. Bowlers may only bowl once in the tournament.15. Rule 319a3 reporting of current average will apply.16. A HANDICAP OF 90% of 230 for MEN and 90% of 200 for WOMEN will be used.17. Prizes will be awarded to high handicap and high scratch winners for Men and Women. 18. All prize fees collected will be returned 100% in prize money. One prize for each five entries.19. No increase in current average or tournament prize winnings need be reported (319a2 or tournament prize winnings 319d or 319e need not be reported).20. Rule 319e is waived.21 All tournament scores, tournament winners and prize money will be reviewed by bowling management prior to publishing.
