We go over down payment assistance, fha, conventional, usda, va, and jumbo loans. We will also go over some renovation loans. You'll know how to tell which loan is the best for you by the end of this class. This way you'll be confident in the process. We also go over the process of buying a home, contract negotiation, inspections, appraisals, title, escrow and homeowners insurance.
