Our Home Buying program is made up of 3 seminars to get you on track to buy a new home. If you're a First Time Home Buyer or need a refresh on the Home Buying Process, attend the Kick off of this program "First Time Home Buyers Seminar" on February 26th 1-3pm. Sign ups can be found on our Facebook Page @ThePayneTeamRE. Part 1 "Know your BIG why & Credit Reality Check" on MAR 12th 1-3pm. Focuses on knowing why you want to buy a home, setting goals, focusing on the future, Home financing options, Understanding your Credit Score, Credit Repair, and MORE! Part 2 "Dollars and Sense & What to expect when youre expecting a home". MAR 26th 1-3pm. Focuses on Financial Planning, Budgeting and saving, Home Equity/Investing, Home Maintance and Care, and MORE! We recommend signing up for all seminars. If you miss a seminar we will hold your information packet so you dont miss out on any information. If yu sign up and can't attend in person, seminars will be offered via Zoom. We will send you a Zoom link the morning of the event. For those who attend, Complimentary Snacks & Beverages will be provided as well as a gift at the end of the program.
