This workshop will ground in a shared definition of racism, explore the different layers of racism, shift our understanding of how racism operates, and reflect on how racial inequity shows up in our institutions and world as a whole. We will also spend time examining and sharing our identities and building trust and community as a group. This workshop will be a springboard for future action to take within your organizations.
