She first started working in nutrition because of her love of food and her recognition that the average person's idea of eating healthy was entirely separate from their idea of eating delicious food. Her goal is to reunite these concepts to help improve the health of her clients. Over the last few years, Jen has also been translating her love of food into events themed around food and pop culture, diving into the joys that creative use of food can bring to others. Now she's bringing these events to a more public space, and using her unique skills to help others recharge and improve their health. Samone has been a certified pilates instructor for over a decade, and a dedicated practitioner for over 20 years. She has trained people from all walks of life including: professional athletes, dancers, actors, people struggling with spinal degeneration, scoliosis, osteoporosis, joint injuries and pre/postnatal clients. As an instructor, she takes great pride in helping clients reach their health & fitness goals. Samone is excited to return to the warmth & positive vibes that Good Commons provides. Her Pilates sessions will help you start your days feeling energized, through stretching and mobilization. For more information on Samone's Pilates practice, please visit handsonpilatesnyc.com.
