This event is March 1, 2023 at 11am at First Federals new campus building in Dover. This meeting will include local lenders to discuss their different oppurtunies in the mortgage world. Different rates, downpayment requirements, etc for all types of loans: Commercial, conventional, land, building, FHA/VA. Great for professionals to keep up to date on local lenders or perfect oppurtunity to learn and ask any questions you may have about buying. Thinking of getting into real estate or being a realtor? Great first step to learn the business. Members of the Womens Council of Realtors is free, non members is $10. All money raised goes towards East Central Womens Council of Realtors.
