Join us to celebrate William "Bill" Keegan, a 40+ year veteran of public administration, as he retires from the Town of Foxborough. Bill has been the Town Manager in Foxborough since 2014. Prior to that he was Town Administrator in Dedham for 12+ years. He has also served in Seekonk, MA, Hollywood, FL, and Wayland, MA. Bill, an ICMA Credentialed Manager for over twelve years, holds a Master's Degree in Community and Regional Planning from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a Bachelor’s Degree in History from Westfield State University. Bill grew up in Shrewsbury, MA and has resided in Seekonk, MA for years. This event will be held at Foxborough's gorgeous Lakeview Pavilion. Ticket price includes attendance at Bill's retirement party, a cake, gift and heavy hors d'oeuvres / food stations. Cash bar. This will not be a sit down dinner event. Bill wanted a party where folks mingle and move around. Minimal speeches. The goal is fun.
