Denver Economic Development & Opportunity (DEDO), in partnership with The Color of Cannabis, launched a program in 2022 that offers technical assistance to social equity applicants seeking cannabis business licenses within the City and County of Denver. The 10-week curriculum includes subject matter experts on topics such as cultivation, hospitality, marketing, compliance, and overall industry best practices.
