Inclusion is the heart of vibrant and diverse communities. Community Connections Inc. (CCI) is excited to announce our Community Heart Awards celebration taking place on Tuesday, March 28, 2023, from 5:30pm to 8:00pm at the Rosebrook Event Center, 50 Rosebrook Place, Wareham, MA. CCI will award local organizations, businesses, and individuals Community Heart Awards in recognition of their commitment to a world in which people with intellectual and developmental disabilities are valued, respected, and included. The Community Heart Awards raise awareness and promote the outstanding efforts of individuals and organizations that partner with Community Connections to improve the quality of life for people with disabilities on the South Coast and Cape Cod. It’s our hope that events such as this will inspire others to emulate the winners and begin to advocate for and support the full participation of people with disabilities in every aspect of life.
