Join us to hear from Utah Avalanche Center on avalanche basics and tips for backcountry travel while enjoying good company at Helly Hansen Park City. Utah Avalanche Center will be sharing valuable information on understanding avalanches and why they happen, and tips to help keep you safe in the backcountry. This free, community event will give you the chance to understand avalanches and why they happen, and you'll also get a chance to ask the local experts your own questions. Snacks and refreshments will be provided. GEAR GIVEAWAY By signing up for the Helly Hansen Park City store newsletter while at the event, you'll be entered to win brand new Helly Hansen ULLR D ski jacket for your winter adventures. We'll also be handing out lanyards, stickers, safety kits, and more. 5% OF PROCEEDS DONATED TO UTAH AVALANCHE CENTER To celebrate and thank the hard-working team at Utah Avalanche Center, we'll be donating 5% of all sales to the organization from February 9-11 (in honor or International Ski Patrol Day) and during the in-store event.
