The GOAL of THE AMERICAN HEROES BALL is to CONNECT our PAST, PRESENT military, and First Responders to the Future LEADERS of America. THE BALL is to provide all veterans of the “Armed Forces” and our "Public Safety Personnel" with the opportunity to participate in an annual service-type ball similar to our active service components. The Ball is full of time-honored traditions to share in camaraderie and respect. It's meant to be a time of reflection on the accomplishments of everyone and the chance to look ahead to what's to be done. Then to celebrate each other. Unlike Military Balls our friends are welcome to attend and get a glimpse of some of the fun and traditions. A delicious catered meal, an entertaining guest speaker, time to honor local heroes, and a dance. The evening will also have a memento to keep. There will also be a silent auction table. We want to make it a night of fun and honor. The event is going to be providing funds to provide a DAY ROOM for Veterans and First Responders a place to go and unwind, and find refuge from the stress of PTSD. We will have a place to talk to someone who understands, and a place to help veterans that are transitioning from service to a new civilian life. A struggle many of us go through. We leave a life we are so used to, to a life with fewer controls and demands. It sounds strange to think that freedom would be so difficult but it's very tasking. Thanks to all our friends who support The Roll Call Foundation. We say Thank You to our fellow Veterans, Active and no longer serving alike.
