By relaxing the body and using the breath, we’ll move into a meditation that elevates the mind to a place that feels calm and clear. Healing sounds and music will accompany the entire journey by candlelight in a beautiful outdoor patio. Blankets will be provided to keep you comfortable. If overthinking, or anxious thoughts are a part of your day, or if you simply wish to enter a novel state of rest and awareness, this workshop is for YOU! It is common these days for over stimulation and stress to disturb our well-being. At the end of the day, switching off our minds can be a challenge. Through Yoga Nidra, your mind will move into stillness to find deep rest. This practice was created thousands of years ago to teach the mind to soften, and find restful rejuvenation. Throughout Breathe Flow Meditate, you’ll surf between the states of sleep and wakefulness by bridging the conscious and unconscious states of being, while the mind becomes absolutely quiet, in a deep state of harmony and connection.
