Fill Up on Fiber with St Joseph County WIC at the 1Roof Southeast Neighborhood Center on March 13, 2023 from Noon - 1pm IN PERSON. Learn about what fiber is, and why it is important. Learn what foods are great sources of fiber. There will be an interactive cooking demonstration as well. Light snacks will be provided.
