Mike Stetzel is the VP of Donor Development for Full Strength Network, an organization that exists to provide self-care resources to pastors and ministry leaders across the country. He is also the President of Multiply, LLC; a company he started to help nonprofits and ministries become more sustainable, efficient, and have greater impact. Mike has more than 20 years of nonprofit experience including donor development, event management, and executive leadership. He received a bachelor's degree in business management from Purdue University - Fort Wayne, and a master's degree in business administration from the University of Southern Indiana. Mike is a lifelong northeast Indiana native; he has been married to his wife Sheila for 22 years, and they have 3 children ages 20, 18 and 15. We are excited to hear Mike share about his leadership lessons.
