Enjoy a cozy evening wind down of yoga at Haymarket House as we are in the thick of the cold winter season. We’ll combine deep, gentle movements with determined breath-work to relieve our muscles of tension and give ourselves the rest and restoration we want and need this time of year.
This 60-min yoga flow is perfect for all levels. There will be some level of challenge and plenty of room to modify and follow your intuition. Afterward, join us for a short reception with cider, wine, and snacks.
Please bring a mat if you have one. Mats will also be provided for those who need them.

Haymarket House has some parking available in our driveway, on a first come, first serve basis. You can access the parking area through the gates on Clarendon. There is also street parking.
