Koser. Live music from 1 p.m. until 9 p.m. Must be 21 and over. Shaka Man was born on July 20, 1953, in Cambridge, St. James Jamaica. He’s the founder of Jubilee Palace Productions Studios, in Los Angeles, California.In an effort to positively impact people in pain with music.
